Framerate?

I have been getting very bad framerate making the game almost unplayable. Does anyone know any machines that cause lag? I think it is aces me but i cant tell. I run the pack with 6 gb of ram and might get a processor upgrade or new computer soon but until then I dont think I can play until then.

as far as i know applied energistics ME systems do not produce large amounts of lag. if you are trying to get more fps try downloading optifine to the modpack and make your settings less frame intensive

I will try downloading optifine but prayer i have render distance at tiny and fast graphics. to get 5 fps i have to revert my windows 7 preformnce to windows xp look. Its terrible. I am striving to get a 32 gb ram computer with I7 processer soon. Only a few hundred dollars away. Also thank you acunef tell me if you see any lagg machines.
